Well I've been in Arizona for about 4 months now. I've moved in with my boyfriend and we've taken the time to really get to know one another after living in different states for about four years. I transfered stores from California to out here, and I have to say I love my new store so much more than my old one.

I went to the dentist today and got 3-4 cavities filled. that was 1hr ago and I still can't feel my face.

I just saw a sight that blew my mind away. 60-80 people doing the electric slide. What is so wrong with that you ask? Oh, not much. Just that they were doing it in the park area near Civic Center in SF. Well, that's not so bad you say. It was horrible because they were...they were dancing the Electric Slide to... My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion. It is cracktastic.

Well, it was a bad morning so far. The daylight savings time change messed up my phone. So all my appointments were off by an hour. this wouldn't have been so bad if I had caught it earlier. I fixed the times, because I use the calendar to keep track off when I go to work, BUT my alarms for everything somehow got disabled. I didn't know that until this morning. At 4:20am I got a phone call from a wrong number. Thank goodness they called, because I was already 5min late for work. I was opening the store today. I have never gotten dressed so fast as I did today. I was lucky I had worn socks to bed I was out the door so quickly. I did 60mph from my house on the city streets to get tol work. Work was very busy too, I was so frazzled from waking up and being late that my poor barista ended up having me sit for a few minutes. Now I'm on my way to school, and I forgot the books I needed for classes.

I just got the livejournal mobile on my phone, so don't be surprised if there are weird posts about anything and everything. Comments welcome.

Well, I got kicked out of the Humanities Senior seminar, because I graduate in the fall and not the spring. So they shuffled me over to a Graduate Seminar class, yeah, cause I can keep up with the work load. Read 200-300pages of text per week. Not gonna happen, what with all my other classes. So I'm going to drop it, talk to a counselor and see if I can take something similar next semester.

On another note. It is sooo hot in the city today. I got off bart at Civic Center and was dying before I even made it to street level. It's only in the 60s but feels like low 80s.

I fell down at work yesterday. I landed really hard on my right hip. Went to Kaiser, they took x-rays. Nothings broken, bent, cracked, chipped, or fractured. But I will have a lovely bruise all down my right side in a couple of days. Doctor also gave me a note to not go to work till Tuesday. This is going to be so much fun trying to get someone to cover my shift tomorrow. I aslo get to fill out all the workman's comp and work related injury paperwork today. Yay! Not!

So last week I applied at a job faire at Starbucks. They said they would be calling those they wanted for a second interview last Friday. Well, I didn't get a call back and I was extremely bummed about it. All my RL friends kept telling me that they probably were going to take longer than they expected to make the call backs.
Well my friends were right.
I received a call today at 9:04 am asking for me. They perky sounding lady on the other end of the phone asked if I was still interested in working for them. I said yes, and she asked if I was able to work in Fremont and I said yes. (I'm willing to go just about anywhere from San Jose to San Francisco if it means a paying job). I now have a second interview on Sunday at 1:30.

For those care I won't be on LJ for a few days due to a death in my family.

i love my school library with their off-campus online resources

why yes...yes i am doing everything in my powers of procrastination to not get this done.
